Crochet and a Message for the big C...

Very much in agreement that this is the best message to send to any form of cancer.

While waiting for the results I began a RAINBOW BLANKET - red & yellow & pink & green, purple & orange and blue...  ..I can sing a rainbow! I finished it last week and my dogs seem pretty certain that I made it for them!

I also made this dog rose granny square cushion which I am pleased with as I have only been crocheting for a while!

lovely blanket, and cushion cover. You mean you didn't make it for your dogs, I bet they think you are mistaken. :) Tip.....if you have any mohair, don't leave it lying around, my scottie, Shadow, "killed" a ball of autumn coloured mohair. I suppose she thought it was a creature of some kind.

Good for you Annie! Keep up the Attitude - that's the way to beat the Big C!!

And how much do I love that blanket and cushion? Well... just fabulous! The blanket is beautiful and bright and happy. So pleased you were able to find all that colourfulness and make something beautiful with it!
As for the cushion... I like it soooo much. I would love one of my very own. Did you have a pattern for the squares (would you share it please?). So fab, especially if you have only been crocheting for a short time - you're obviously a natural!

"Keep up with the Programme" Annie - it's obviously doing you good!

Absolutely CORRECT!!!!! You get it.

Oooo...my dogs would adore a blankie like that. Right now the just lay on their dream pony or whatever pillow in on the couch. As you know having a Scottie...they love licking them paws so the blankie would get all ick fast...

Thinking of you Annie...
