I am an Ebay Winner!

OMG! Look what I just won on ebay!

A 9 metre bolt of 1950's barkcloth! On a buy it now for an amazing £57! Chintzy barkcloth is soooo hard to get hold of and to be honest it always went for much more than I could afford so this was a treat of all treats!

My lovely mate Jo at Hesta and the Pugs sent me an email with a link and I was quick enough to win it! I am absolutely beside myself with lust and will make curtains for my lounge with the fabric!

It's a lovely print Annie, well done!

Never heard of 'barkcloth' before thought. Why is it called that and what exactly makes cloth barkcloth?

And thank you for the comment on my blog. The baubles have all been made with your felt. My recent order from you came in super-quick time, so now trying to work out how to create two 'baubles' to look like our two cats (that you can see in my profile picture).

A challenge :)
