Spring Has Finally Sprung!

I would like thank you for all your kind messages, my Sister-in-Law is doing very well and to be honest I always thought she had something wrong with her brain - after all she chose to marry my brother!! lol-ish!

A couple of pictures taken in my garden today! Amy bought me the daffs in a post and I planted them when they were just blooming and they continued to do so! Gorgeous - I really love daffs so they cheered me up no end!

I see that the Febuary A Monthly Make flickr group is filling nicely with your makes! I best get my finger out or I will be a straggler again!

Annie, the felt was ABSOLUTELY BLOOMING LUSH. The colour range of muted understated elegance was just to die for. No excuse not to make mini masterpieces now! Any suggestions for roughly cutting my felted felt? I tried yesterday to get a spiked pizza cutter type tool, so that I could pierce it then pull it, to give it a raggerty edge.

I too have been gardening. I've dug up two sodding great clumps of very butch grasses, which were set to take over the world. I showed them who was boss! LLX

That's great to hear Annie! I would have posted my pic on Flikr but I have forgotten my login and attempts to retrieve it just got me muddled, must try harder.

Lovely flowers! I need to get some daffs for here, noticed a few little snowdrop shoots appearing so they will be nice to see! Must get on and make some things for the February makes! :) x

What pretty spring flowers! We haven't got any daffies out yet, but I've seen lots of gorgeous snowdrops and the first few crocuses.
All the best to your sister-in-law:)

The fact that all the snowdrops and crocuses (crocii?) are coming out cheers me up more than I express in words.
